Adalberto Álvarez Gives Concert in Pinar del Rio

The band Adalberto Alvarez y su Son gave a grand finale to La Guarapachanga music festival underway last weekend in Pinar del Rio.
The audience enjoyed of big hits such as Para bailar casino, A bailar el toca toca and Un pariente en el campo, among others.
American pianist Jacqueline Warren played a song along with the band of the so called Caballero del Son (the knight of son) a title earned by Adalberto Alvarez for his contribution to the development of Cuban popular music and the peculiar rhythm of his songs.
