Guerrillero Talks with The New York Times Subscribers

Guerrillero received the visit of 19 subscribers and journalists of The New York Times on Tuesday’s afternoon, in order to share experiences about the press in Cuba and the United States.
The visitors became interested on the role of the local tabloid as mediator between officials and the people, also about finances and the daily work in the institution.
During the encounter, the subscribers learned about the editorial priorities of the paper, the way to tell stories and the importance of having an online version.
It was an opportunity to talk about the Cuban press from the perspective of a province and at the same time strengthen tie with users of different media outlets.
