Located in the main street of the city of Pinar del Rio, the Rojo Paris barber shop, oldest in town, looks a renewed image thanks to a restoration process that favors comfort for workers and costumers.
As part of the restoration program carried out in the city three years ago, the center has new mirrors and lights, as well as a second floor dedicated to manicure. The place, now rented to private entrepreneurs, shows the eight original barber chairs totally repaired by the Fidias project, a new hydraulic installation with constant water supply, s well as fans and toilets completely renewed. Open from 9:00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m., the facility receives plenty of clients, not only due to its easy access location, but for the competence of the personnel.
One of its members, Edel Espinosa, ensured that after the constructive process they are working more comfortably, and the costumers thank the current conditions of the place and the service. Rojo Paris is one of the multiple works developed by the local authorities in occasion of the 150th anniversary of the city of Pinar del Rio, a celebration that motivated plenty of transformations in the region for the wellbeing of the locals.
