Pinar del Río to Host Main Event for 26th of July Celebration in the Province

The Provincial Bureau of the Party decided to grant to the municipality of Pinar del Rio the venue of the provincial event for the 64th anniversary of the attack to Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Cespedes barracks.

Such distinction responds to the work carried out by the institutions of the territory and especially the interest and participation of the people in the improvement and restoration of the city in its 150th anniversary.
The Party recognized that although there is still a lot to do, the municipality has shown significant economic results in 2016, among them, the accomplishment of the milk production plan, the retail commercial circulation, the tobacco and bean sowing and other important sectors.

Likewise, the political organism highlighted the work of the mass organizations, especially the Cuban Workers Federation and the union movement.
