The booking disks of the agency are located on Marti and Colon streets next to Vietnam Heroico bookstore and at Caracol cigar shop across from the Cigar Factory, both in the municipality of Pinar del Río.

In the case of Viñales, they are located in the town’s plaza and there is also one desk in Parador Las Barrigonas, from where people living in Consolación del Sur, Entronque de Herradura, Herradura, Los Palacios and nearby places will have access to the offers.
